World Tai Chi Day 2025 will be celebrated Saturday, April 26th. This event is a global celebration promoting health and healing through Tai Chi. A performance will be in Branson, led by Bob Goodwin, T’ai Chi teacher and stunt/fight coordinator from Los Angeles.
All are invited to our World T’ai Chi Day performance at 10 a.m. It will be in the grass behind the Rec Plex on Saturday, April 26. Some of his students will be performing T’ai Chi with Bob. At the same time, the Global T’ai Chi community will be doing their forms. The Rec Plex is having their annual garage sale, so you may enjoy that as well.

Bob will have more information at his booth where he will be selling guitars.
About teacher Bob Goodwin. When in LA, he taught Robert Downey Jr. and Jamie Foxx T’ai Chi sensing hands for the film “The Soloist”, directed by Mr. Joe Wright. Bob was asked by Joe to assist those actors in their character development and relationships. Plus, he asked Bob to work with the real homeless and actors because actors were skeptical about working with the homeless characters. Later Mr. Wright told him, “Thank you Bob. You gave me my ensemble.” There were other movies that Bob worked on in LA as well.
