Area Man Subject of Investigative Report

An area man is facing several lawsuits 12 years after being sued for scamming victims of the Joplin Tornado.

KOLR-10 has put together and investigative report on Brian Sides of Branson, who is accused of taking money from several people in both southern Missouri and northern Arkansas. 

One of the people highlighted in this report is Duane Smith, an area High School Teacher, who has also spoken to Legends 1063 about he and his wife Stephanie being led by Brian Sides and his wife Stacy into investing in a Mobile Home Park in Mountain Home that has since closed. Smith claims that Sides misused the money he invested and is suing the Sides family for the return of his money. 

The KOLR-10 Reports details other issues faced by Brian Sides dating back to the Joplin Tornado along with recent charges filed in both Greene and Stone Counties.
