The latest edition of the "At Your Service" Podcasts from the Stone County Community Health Coalition highlights members from the Medical Strand of the GO CAPS Program in Branson.
GO CAPS instructor Kristen Mills was joined for the podcast by students Tyler and Serenity to talk about the program as it continues to allow students the opportunity to get hands-on career experience on-site with many businesses and organizations around the Lakes Region. The Program is for Juniors and Seniors in High School and currently features strands in Business and Medicine with an Education Strand to be added next school year. Information was also provided on how to apply for next year's program through the GO CAPS Branson Website.
During the Podcast, information was also provided about this weekend's "Pinwheels for Prevention" event scheduled at the Branson Rec Plex in conjunction with National Child Abuse and Prevention Month. The event will run from 10 am until Noon and will feature many vendors and information on fun family activities.
