Eddington Talks Creekside Community Center Sponsors and Growth

Sponsors help power the new Creekside Community Center.

Harrison Parks Director Chuck Eddington appeared with Donna Braymer on KHOZ's "Around The Table" to talk about that and more. He said sponsors acted to help his department get a line item; that line item will help with facility maintenance. That means anything needing replacement is funded for a span of 10 years.

Eddington said that sponsorship is on a five-year rotation to allow additional companies to help the community center. Different parts of the center have different sponsors.

The parks and recreation director said highlighted the sponsors. Davis Buick GMC sponsored the aquatics division. Signature Bank, First Community Bank and Farm Bureau of Boone County funded the basketball courts.

There are more sponsors. More was discussed on the broadcast.

The full interview with Eddington is on the "Around The Table" Facebook Page.
