Emergency Crews Busy on Highway 248 Near 65 With Traffic Crashes

An intersection near Highway 65 was the scene of a pair of accidents on Friday.

According to a Facebook post by the Branson Professional Firefighters Local 152, at around 5:20, crews responded to a three vehicle crash on 248 near the entrance to Mercy Branson and the Yakov Theater that involved two heavily damaged vehicles and another with minor damage while at least one victim of the crash had been ejected from a vehicle. Branson Fire was assisted in aiding the victims by Taney County Ambulance while Branson Police worked traffic control and investigated the crash. All victims were transported to area hospitals for treatment. 

The post goes on to say another crash at that same intersection occurred earlier in the day though no details were released on that crash.
