Heavy rain moving through the region Sunday night has prompted some Flood Statements from the National Weather Service.
A Flood Advisory is in effect until 2:15 Monday morning for the Roark Creek Basin in both Stone and Taney Counties. Rising waters there could impact areas around Branson including Expressway Lane and Stockstill Park.
A pair of Flood Warnings have also been issued, one for parts of Taney and Douglas Counties which includes the Beaver and Little Beaver Creek Basins as well as Cowskin, Bryant, and Hunter Creek Basins. Areas around Lake Taneycomo as well as Bradleyville and Ava may be impacted. This warning is in effect until 9:00 Monday morning.
The other Flood Warning is in effect for the Flat Creek and Rockhouse Creek Basins in Barry County until 9:30 Monday morning. Areas around Cassville and Jenkins are among those that could be impacted.
Several rounds of heavy rain has fallen throughout the day and more rainfall is expected until early Monday morning with amounts between two to three inches possible.
