Wind Advisories have been issued for all of Arkansas and most of Missouri today and this evening.
The National Weather Service says winds will be between 20-30 MPH with possible gusts between 40-50 MPH. This could damage or break tree limbs and could also cause some power outages. Rain in the forecast for today with the high winds could also cause some visibility issues.
Windy conditions could persist into Wednesday followed by much colder temperatures on Thursday.
Severe Weather, Rain Chances Increasing
National Weather Service forecasters continue to monitor the potential for severe thunderstorms over the next few days plus a chance of heavier rain going into the weekend.

BRANSON, MO (March 31, 2025) – Branson Public Schools kindergarten registration for the 2025-2026 school year will open on April 14. To be considered for placement, children must reside within the boundaries of Branson School District, turn five years old on or before July 31, 2025, and complete a free developmental screening through the Branson Parents as Teachers program.
