 
                            A man from Hollister sustains serious injuries after a one vehicle crash on Interstate 44.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol Online Traffic Crash Report, the accident took place near Sarcoxie in Jasper County around 4:10 Thursday morning when 59-year-old Charles Taylor fell asleep while driving his truck, went off the highway and struck the median cables and overturned ejecting him from the vehicle. First Responders found Taylor, who was not wearing a seat belt according to the report, under the truck.
Taylor was taken to Mercy Hospital in Springfield for treatment of his injuries.
