Kimberling City experienced a fire Tuesday morning that left one area demolished.

The fire was at Kimberling's Buttonwood Plaza. Video footage shows The Funky Twig ice cream shop is destroyed. The Kimberling City Police Department posted about the incident.

The post expresses gratitude to those who helped. "Another catastrophic incident in Kimberling City. The Buttonwood Center suffered a devastating loss due to fire early this morning. I want to thank all firemen and fire women, and first Responders who worked this event. Thankful of no injuries. Keep all the business owners, tenants, and residents in your prayers," the post states.
