Missouri AG goes before Supreme Court over Biden’s vaccine mandate

Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt and the Louisiana Attorney General will team up to present oral arguments opposing a vaccine mandate for healthcare workers before the Supreme Court.

It is one of two cases the court will hear arguments for today. The other is about whether to allow the administration to enforce a vaccine-or-testing requirement that applies to large employers and a separate vaccine mandate.
