Several neighborhoods in Branson are participating in an annual event tonight.
The 6th Annual National Night Out event is taking place in communities all over the country with many neighborhoods in the region, including in Branson participating.
Last week, Branson Mayor Larry Milton read a proclamation officially recognizing the day that will see several neighborhoods hold block parties that will include visits from emergency personnel and other city officials. According to a release last week from the City, there are 13 registered neighborhood block parties scheduled for the evening.
