On Monday, Oct. 9, a group of Crane area residents and business owners came together to host an informational meeting to discuss the formation and mission of a new non-profit.
The Discover Crane Inc. group hosted the informal meeting at the We Stone County Historical/Genealogical Society event building, located on Main Street in Crane. During the meeting, which was open to the public, the members of the Discover Crane Board were introduced and the organization discussed their plan for the upcoming year.
Discover Crane President Tim Thiesan introduced the board members and then talked about the overall mission of the group.
