An update to the settlement of a carriage dispute between Nexstar and Optimum.
Officials from Optimum sent the following statement to the settling of the dispute:
“At Optimum, we have a clear mission: provide the programming that our customers want at an affordable price and give them choice and flexibility when selecting their desired TV content. We are proud to continue our track record of successfully partnering with programmers who put customers at the center."
Nexstar has not directly sent a statement over the settlement but has issued a statement which can be found on their website.

A dispute that was impacting some television viewers in the Lakes Region is resolved over the weekend.

A dispute that was impacting some television viewers in the Lakes Region is resolved over the weekend.
Nexstar and Optimum announce that an agreement was struck on Saturday that returned Nexstar Station's programming to Optimum systems across the country including to customers in the Branson area. Local stations KOZL and KRBK are back on the local Optimum system as well as the Nexstar owned service NewsNation.
The agreement came as many major sporting events, including the NFL Playoffs, were being impacted airing on ABC, CBS, FOX, and NBC through stations owned by Nexstar.
The specific terms of the agreement were not released by either Nexstar or Optimum's parent company Altice, USA.
