Railroad Crossing Near Branson Landing Closed Two Days

One of the railroad crossings near Branson Landing will be closed today and Wednesday.

The release from the City of Branson is below:

The City of Branson Public Works/Engineering Department has permitted the Missouri North Arkansas Railroad to replace a railroad crossing in the Right of Way on Commercial Street and Branson Landing Boulevard. Commercial St., from Oklahoma St. to Branson Landing Blvd. will be closed to all through traffic from 7 a.m., February 25th 2025 through 4 p.m., February 26th, 2025.

Motorists are encouraged to slow down, stay vigilant and watch for workers in the designated work zones alongside the roadway. Drivers are asked to use alternate routes during the road closure. Traffic control signage and cones will be in place to designate the work zone and to detour traffic around the road closure and to meet traffic safety standards during the installation. Please note that the project is weather-dependent and may be subject to delay.
