
The Rotary Club of Hollister, MO, has generously donated $2,943.57 to the Hollister Schools Foundation, with proceeds from the annual Color Me Grape 5K, held during the Grape and Fall Festival on October 12, 2024. These funds will help support the purchase of a second therapy dog for the school district and assist in paying off student meal debt, ensuring that Hollister students have the resources they need to succeed.
Additionally, community members Wend Youngblood and Riki Klein held a quick fundraiser, raising an extra $75 for the Hollister Schools Foundation.
"We are so grateful for the continued support of the Rotary Club of Hollister and our community members," said Hollister Schools Foundation Treasurer Denise Olmstead. "These funds will make a direct and lasting impact on our students, providing them with the support they need both inside and outside the classroom."
The Color Me Grape 5K, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Hollister, MO, has become a beloved tradition in the Hollister community, promoting wellness, community spirit, and philanthropy.
