Not everyone in the Lakes Region got significant rainfall on Thursday but some areas that did received a large amount.
The National Weather Service had several reports in both northern Arkansas and southern Missouri of areas receiving two to three inches of rain. The weather service received several reports from the Harrison area of flooding including water over the road at the intersection of Highway 7 and Central Ave. In addition to the heavy rain, a strong storm also led to three quarters inch hail failing in parts of the city.
The forecast continues to show a mixture of sun, clouds, and rain in the forecast going into the weekend.
