The new Administrator for the City of Branson feels the Board of Aldermen will give her an opportunity to show how she can help the community.
Cathy Stepp in response to a question on KRZK's "Ozarks Now" program about her concerns on being appointed by a 4-3 vote of the board says she is confident that she will get an opportunity to prove to the board how she can serve the city.
Stepp also addressed the tense Special Meeting between the Board and the Branson Lakes Area Chamber talking about the Marketing Plan for the City. Stepp feels that she can help communicate to both sides that each needs the other to succeed and that some subsequent meetings have resulted in some positive discussions.
Stepp said her role as City Administrator is to help coordinate between the City's Policymakers which is the board and the staff to implement those polices.
