The Missouri Supreme Court has recognized the Taney County Juvenile Court for outstanding work over the last fiscal year.
The Supreme Court gave the staff of the Taney County Juvenile Court the 2023 Missouri Supreme Court Permanency Award.
“This prestigious award is in recognition of your circuit’s excellence and timeliness in service to children and families as demonstrated by your circuit’s timely hearings in child abuse and neglect cases in fiscal year 2023,” Missouri Deputy State Courts Administrator Richard Morrisey said in a letter to the court announcing the award.
The 46th Judicial Circuit has obtained the award every year since the circuit’s formation in 2016.
