A Lakes Area Man is under arrest after a Task Force Investigation shows him to be in possession of explicit materials involving children.
According to a press release from the Arkansas State Police and information released by the Boone County Sheriff's Office, 38-year Justin Neal Perkuhn of Omaha is facing multiple charges after the investigation of an Arkansas Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force.
Members of the task force, including Arkansas State Police Special Agents and Harrison Police officers, executed a residential search warrant following a National Center for Missing & Exploited Children cyber tip according to the ASP release.
During the investigation, it was discovered that Perkuhn had initiated a graphic sexual chat with a 17-year-old girl which included an exchange of nude images of two minors. Further investigation found multiple videos and images of Child Sexual Abuse Materials and also located two victims that were living in the area.
Perkuhn was arrested last week and charged with 50 counts of Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Materials and also a count each of Video Voyeurism of a Adult and Child and a count of Computer Exploitation of a Child.
Perkuhn is being held in the Boone County Detention Center on a $750,000 bond.
