A wrap-up of this weeks games and looking ahead to next week as High School Basketball gets in full swing for the area MOARK High Schools.
Harrison
The Lady Goblins wrapped-up the pre-Thanksgiving Schedule rolling to a win in a home matinee Tuesday afternoon over Gentry 60-35 in a game heard on MOARK and KHOZ 94.9. The Lady Goblins built their lead throughout the game led by the 15 points of Brynne Bonds.
Blue Eye
The Bulldogs take second place at the Verona Boys Tournament. After wins over Fordland and Jasper in the opening rounds, the Bulldogs lost to Purdy 45-44 in Wednesday Championship Game.
Forsyth
The Panther Boys opened their 2024-25 season Tuesday with an 80-48 win at Marshfield.
Hollister
The Tigers dropped their opener last week at Miller 61-37 before rebounding to a home win against Spokane 56-43 that was heard on MOARK Sports. Meanwhile, the Lady Tigers also dropped their opening game last week at Miller 48-33.
Reeds Spring
The Boys start the season 2-0 after their win over Gloria Deo Academy Tuesday 57-49 in a game heard on MOARK Sports. Meanwhile, the Lady Wolves are also 2-0 as they notched a win Monday over Spokane 44-35.
Several teams, including the Branson Boys and Girls, will open their seasons next week.
The schedule for MOARK Sports Next Week includes coverage of three tournaments in Forsyth (Boys), Branson (Girls), and Blue Eye (Girls).
