Basketball Season In Final Month

The final month of the High School Basketball Season is underway in both Arkansas and Missouri.

For the schools featured on MOARK Sports Online Coverage, the week of February 19 will begin District Competition for Missouri Schools Blue Eye and Forsyth while the week of February 25 will signal the start of District Tournaments for Hollister and Reeds Spring. Branson's teams will begin District play later that week. 

The Week of the 25th will also begin possible Arkansas State Tournament Competition for Harrison teams if they finish high enough in the 5A West Standings over the final three weeks of the season. 

As for other schools in the region:
Arkansas
Conference/District Tournaments will get underway next week with Regional Tournaments following the week of the 19th and then State Tournaments. These schools include Alpena, Bergman, Berryville, Cotter, Eureka Springs, Flippin, Green Forest, Huntsville, Jasper, Lead Hill, Marshall, Ozark Mountain, Valley Springs, and Yellville-Summit. 

Missouri
District Tournaments will also get underway from Bradleyville, Crane, Galena, Hurley, School of the Ozarks, and Spokane the week of February 19.
