The High School Football Season is a week away from starting with several schools taking part in Jamborees, featuring several schools getting together for controlled scrimmages. 

Hollister is hosting a three-team jamboree beginning at 7:00 hosting Aurora and Clever while Forsyth will travel to Mount Vernon for a jamboree that also includes McDonald County and Neosho. 

Branson and Reeds Spring elected not to take part in jamborees this year, however Branson will host a scrimmage free and open to the public this evening at 7:00. The Pirate Varsity will scrimmage as will the JV and Freshman teams.
