The Arkansas Razorbacks celebrated their second straight bowl win Wednesday night, though they survived a furious rally by their opponent to earn it.
The Hogs win the Auto Zone Liberty Bowl in Memphis over Kansas 55-53 in Triple Overtime after the Jayhawks scored 18 straight points in the fourth quarter to tie the game. Each team scored touchdowns on the their first two possessions of overtime before going to the 2-point conversion process to determine a winner. The Hogs converted their attempt, but denied the Jayhawks on their possession to get the win.
KJ Jefferson threw from 287 yards and a pair of touchdowns while gaining 120 yards on the ground and adding a pair of scores in the win.
The Razorbacks get their second straight winning season, going 7-6 in 2022.
