One of the most successful High School Football programs in Missouri is losing its leader.
Via twitter on Monday, Webb City Head Football Coach and Athletic Director John Roderique announces he will retire at the end of the current school year.
Roderique took over the already successful Webb City program that had claimed three state championships in 1997 and lead it straight to the top of the Missouri High School Football programs winning the first of 12 State Championships that year with the last coming in 2021. The most dominate era was the 2010's, when the Cardinals won seven of the 10 State Championships during that decade.
