MOARK Basketball Tuesday: Harrison Boys Notch Big Road Win, Other Teams Drop Contests

MOARK Basketball Tuesday is highlighted by a big win for the Harrison Goblins.

In Farmington, the Goblins knocked off the 5A Number Two Ranked Cardinals 76-53. The Goblins, who are receiving votes in the latest 5A Poll, got 30 points from Ryan Scribner as they grabbed the lead early in the first quarter and  held off the Cardinals the rest of the way to go to 15-3 for the season and 2-0 in while Farmington falls to 15-4 and 1-1.

Meanwhile, the Girls Game went to the home team as Farmington knocked off Harrison 63-28.

In other boys action, Branson rallied from 15 points down at home only to have Parkview hold on to beat the Pirates 52-47. Brody Gillespie scored 18 to lead the Pirates. 

In Pleasant Hope, Blue Eye ran into a strong Junior Varsity team from Bolivar, who knocked off the Bulldogs 52-48 in the opening round of the Pleasant Hope Tournament. 

In other boys action last night involving MOARK Teams, Forsyth gets a 62-46 over Ava while Reeds Spring loses to Monett 60-41 win over Reeds Spring.
