Two of the MOARK Schools had their seasons end Friday night, two more play today, and another area school continues their state tournament run.

Blue Eye, Forsyth Seasons End
The Bulldogs and Panthers were underdogs in their respective games and their opponents did not take them lightly as they rolled to wins ending the area teams' seasons.

In the Class 2 Boys State Tournament, Blue Eye lost a 81-31 decision to Number One Ranked Eugene on the road while in Rogersville, Forsyth scored the games first basket, the some the top seed home Wildcats score 29 of the next 33 points and roll to a 71-34 win. The season ends for both teams with 20 victories. 

Jasper Moves On
The one area team still alive in the Arkansas Playoffs, the Jasper Lady Pirates, continue their run in the 1A Tournament at Trumann with a 46-36 win over Marked Tree, advancing to today's semi-finals and just one win away from a date in Hot Springs for next week's championship game.

3A Tournament at North Ark
The 3A State Tournament at Pioneer Pavilion will have four semi-final games today to wrap-up action. The afternoon games, at Noon Lamar play Harding Academy in a girls contest with the boys game to follow at 1:30 between Lamar and Melbourne. This evening's action begins at 6:00 with a girls game between Dover and Mountain View followed by a 7:30 boys contest between Elkins and Osceola.

Branson, Reeds Spring Play Today
The area schools that pulled seeded upsets in their games on Thursday return to action today with the Branson Lady Pirates taking on top seed Nixa at 1:00 in the semi-finals of the Class 6 District Tournament at Ozark while in Hollister, the Reeds Spring Lady Wolves will face top seed Rogersville in the Class 4 District Championship Game at 2:00.
