Bonnie Louise Golay, 79 of Ponca City, OK
Bonnie Louise Lott was born on January 13th, 1942, to Velda and Maudie (Patton) Lott of Wynona, Oklahoma.
She married Buster Wayne Golay on March 6th, 1959, in Ponca City, Oklahoma, where they raised three children: Roger, Brenda and Rhonda. Bonnie and Buster began employment with the Mistletoe Express until 1982 when Buster went to work in the oil field and Bonnie became the homemaker.
She is survived by 6 siblings: Roy, Helen, Paula, Gladys, Jim, and Eugene; daughter, Brenda; grandchildren: Justin, Jose, Paula, Marcus, Kayla, and Shanell; great-grandchildren: Sabrina, Kelsi, Jacob, Veronica, Antonio, Justin Jr., Mariah, Alivia, Jose Jr., Leland, Lyle, Isaac, and Asja; and a great-great-grandchild, Harper Louise.
She is preceded in death by her husband; her parents; 6 siblings: Jackie, Maudie, Kenneth, Joann, Charles, and Donald; one son, Roger Dale Golay; one daughter, Rhonda Beth Golay; and one grandson, Jerry Dale Golay.
Bonnie was an avid bingo player and a fantastic baker and cook. She loved spending her time with her kids, grandchildren, and playing Jubilee with her sisters.
Her celebration of life will be at the Carolyn Renfro Event Center, 445 Fairview Avenue on Saturday July 24th, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. Lunch will be provided after the celebration of life.
