Cathy Ann Hammond

Cathy Ann Hammond, age 53, Branson, Missouri

Cathy Ann Hammond was born January 30, 1970 in Lansing, Michigan to Richard & Emily Hammond. She lived many years in Arizona where she raised her children Jeri Ann Dunning and Richard Allen Prunty and also met Mark Eikenbary the love of her life at Rosie's diner. Her family then moved to Montana and then Cathy and Mark moved to Missouri so that they could care for her uncle.

Cathy was an amazing person, wife, mother and grandmother. She took others in and would do anything for anyone. She worked diligently in the food service industry as a server, doing what she loved and interacting with everyone. Cathy enjoyed the outdoors, camping, water skiing and jet skiing, she loved motorcycles and doing poker runs. Cathy also loved spending time at home and with her family enjoying her life.

Cathy entered into rest on May 31st, 2023 at cox medical center in Branson at the age of 53. Her love and presence will be deeply missed.

Cathy was preceded in death by her father, Richard Hammond and her granddaughter Kristina Ann-Marie Prunty.

Cathy is survived by her  companion of over 20 years, Mark Eikenbary; her children, Richard Allen Prunty, Jeri Ann Dunning; grandkids, Kylie, Jacob, Juliana, Russell, Mariah, Mikey, Tristan, Ricky, Alex, Olivia, Emma; Great granddaughter, Scarlett; her mother, Emily Hammond of White Hills, AZ; sisters, Susan Hammond ( Hoss Brown) of White Hills, AZ; Dixie Copeland (Tom) of Perry, MI and Bonnie Boanuelos (Aaron) of Maricopa, AZ along with nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.

Cathy's life will be celebrated in a Bike Run with Freedom of Road Riders Local #15.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Snapp- Bearden Funeral Home & Crematory, Branson, MO.
