Charles Guy Gray SR, age 71, of Omaha, Arkansas, went home to be with our heavenly father on December 14, 2023. He was born to parents Imogene Jones and Floyd E. Gray on February 24, 1952, in Starkville, Mississippi.
He graduated from Pine Bluff High School in 1970 and went on to meet Angela Hossman, marrying and producing two surviving children: Charles Guy Gray JR and Charity M. Gray. They divorced and eventually in 1981, Chuck met Mary M. Jones, they would get married on January 21, 1982, and produced their only child together, Charles Anthony Gray in 1984.
Chuck had many occupations over the years, eventually starting his own business, Budget Copiers. After over thirty years, he medically retired in January of 2023. The business is carried on by his surviving son, Charles A. Gray.
He enjoyed many activities, Mary would say his favorite hobby was collecting junk and irritating her, but he enjoyed camping, going to family dinners, gossiping at local diners, and building things.
Chuck was a fighter, best friend, husband, and father.
He is survived by his mother, Imogene Perrine; brother, Floyd D. Gray; and sister Pam Woolley; as well as his wife of forty-two years; children; grandchildren: Alissa and Andrew Gray, Aaryn, William, and Kyra Holland; and stepchild from Mary, Jennifer Howard of Springfield, Missouri.
