Cindy Louise Russell, age 50, of Eureka Springs, Arkansas

Cindy Louise Russell, age 50, of Eureka Springs, Arkansas, passed away suddenly on December 8, 2023. She entered this world December 20, 1972, in San Diego, California, the daughter of Robert and Lynn (McMurray) Flint.

Loving the Lord was Cindy’s number one priority. She also loved horses, animals, motorcycles, and family. Cindy was a best friend to many people during her life. She would help many others with whatever they needed. Cindy was a member of many prayer circles and always a blessing. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Our mom was a hard worker; always trying to provide. Working multiple jobs if she had to. She loved her children. Our mom had a conviction in her heart to raise her children in a Godly home. She was an exceptional mom, sister, daughter, friend, and wife.

Cindy is preceded in death by her mother and husband, Scott Russell.

She is survived by two sons: Jacob Burlingame, and Christian Burlingame and his wife, Aleisa Burlingame of Eureka Springs, Arkansas; two daughters: Shemaia Cooper and Chasia Cooper of the home; grandson, Elijah Burlingame; granddaughter, Raylyn Bashaw; father, Robert Flint of Bakersfield, California; sister, Lisa Williams of Bakersfield, California; as well as many friends and extended family.
