
Crystal Ann Johnson...
Crystal Ann Johnson was born September 29, 1959 in Oakland, California. She spent her earlier years in California before moving with her family to Montana and graduating high school. She moved with her family to Alaska where she married and started a family of her own. Eventually moving back to California where she raised a family and attended school to become a CNA and eventually LPN. Her work as an LPN embodied her compassionate and caring nature and involved various settings, including Hospitals, Urgent Care clinics, doctor's offices, and telehealth services.
Crystal was an amazing single mother, a strong woman, and a survivor. She always placed the needs of her family above her own and worked selflessly to provide for her family.
Crystal lived an adventurous life, loving to travel, living all across the western US and Alaska, and having great fun taking cruises. She enjoyed crafts including card making, sewing, crocheting and scrapbooking. She also loved sports, watching baseball and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs. Most importantly, Crystal was a devout Christian, her faith in the Lord was unwavering, and it guided her in her everyday acts of kindness.
Crystal passed away on February 27, 2025, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, MO.
Crystal was the embodiment of compassion, kindness and generosity. She will be deeply missed by her husband, Will Knebel; her children, Jessica Farrington of TN, Erica Lamberton & husband Robert of TN and Matthew Ingle and wife Daisy of CA; Step-son John Eric Ingle of CO; grandchildren, Cody, Kaden, Elijah, Addison, Brayden, Mason, Emma, William, Wyatt, Naomi, Zachary and Caleb; and her siblings, Debbie St. Helens of CO and Michael Herron of CA. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Burton and Shirley Strohm; her sister, Melody Burton; and half-sister, Connie Nogueras.
Visitation was held Saturday afternoon, March 1, 2025 in Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home and Crematory in Branson. Private burial was in Ozarks Memorial Park Cemetery, Branson.
