Francis (Frank) M. Baker, age 83, Branson, Missouri
Francis M. Baker, known to friends and family as Frank, passed away peacefully on June 14, 2023, in Branson, Missouri. Born on May 17, 1940, in Auburn, Nebraska, Frank lived a full and prosperous life, touching the lives of many with his wisdom, generosity, and faith.
Frank was the cherished son of the late Wilber and Frances Baker. He is survived by his loving wife, Arlene Baker of Blue Eye, whom he married on April 9, 1995, in Jay, Oklahoma. Frank was a devoted father to Linnette Wolfgram and her husband, Nick of Niceville, FL and his son, David Baker also of Niceville. He was also a proud grandfather to Kayla Hunter and James Wagers. Frank's dedication to family was a testament to his kind and loving spirit, and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Following a distinguished career as a retired Air Force Master Sergeant, Frank continued his service to others in the community. He was an influential leader, serving as the head of men's ministries both in Oklahoma and at Morningside in Blue Eye. Frank's unwavering dedication to his faith and his community made a lasting impact on the lives of countless individuals.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at 11:00 AM in Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Springfield with military honors. Arrangements were under the direction of Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home and Crematory, Branson.
