Jacqueline Marie “Jackie” Holt, age 77, of Urbana, Missouri passed away Thursday, December 19, 2024.

She was born August 8, 1947 in Cincinnati, Ohio the daughter of John and Helen (Laney) Berning. On June 20, 1965 in Cassville, Missouri she was united in marriage to Ronnie Holt, who preceded her in death on June 2, 2014. Also preceding her in death was her father, John Berning.

Surviving are her mother, Helen Berning of Exeter, Missouri; son, Matthew Holt and his wife Tila of Urbana, Missouri; three daughters, Ronda Joseph and her husband Tim of Covington, Louisianna, Christina Gray and her husband Kevin of Shawnee Mission, Kansas and Tiffany Holt and her fiancé Stephen Britt of Urbana, Missouri; nine grandchildren, Nicholas, Jessica, Daniel, Joey, Tanaya, Destiny, Taryn, Hunter and Madison and two great grandchildren, Hayden and Harper.

Jackie attended school in Exeter, Missouri graduating from Exeter High School. After moving to Reno, Nevada then Ukiah, California at age 43, she attended Ukiah Adult School in Ukiah, California earning an associate’s degree. While living in California she was employed as a nurse practitioner for 20 years before returning to Urbana in April of 2006. Jackie enjoyed quilting, painting, and cooking but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.

Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, January 6, 2025 at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Pastor James Weaver will conduct the services. Burial will be at Maplewood Cemetery in Exeter, Missouri.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until service time Monday, January 6, 2025 at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
