James Ricky Cannady, age 60, of Seligman, Missouri

            James Ricky Cannady, age 60, of Seligman, Missouri passed away Sunday, September 17, 2023 at his home.

            He was born February 5, 1963 in Rogers, Arkansas the son of Alfred and Iva (Baker) Cannady, who preceded him in death. Also preceding him in death were three brothers, Danny, Ronnie and Milton and one sister, Clara.

            Surviving are two sons, Curtis Cannady of Rocky Comfort, Missouri and Jeremy Cannady and his wife Candice of Plano, Texas; two daughters, Tiffany Cannady of New Orleans, Louisiana and Amanda Cannady of Rocky Comfort, Missouri; two brothers, Cecil Cannady and his wife Tammy of Seligman, Missouri and Gary Cannady and his wife Marie of West Fork, Arkansas and nine grandchildren.

            James grew up and attended school in Rogers, Arkansas. He was employed by George’s Incorporated for several years. James enjoyed listening to rock and roll music, going cat fishing, hunting bear, coon and deer, and hunting for big foot with his grandchildren. He was of the Baptist faith.

            Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, September 22, 2023 at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Pastor Joe Pride will conduct the services. Burial will be at Bayless Cemetery in Gateway, Arkansas.

            The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until service time Friday at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
