Lane A. Walters, age 61, of Branson, Missouri.

Lane A. Walters, age 61, of Branson, Missouri, passed away with family by his side on July 26, 2024. He entered this life on October 3, 1962, the son of Roger and Linda (Lane) Walters in Phoenix, Arizona. Lane was joined in marriage on July 28, 1995, to Amanda Boyle.

With a heart for teaching, Lane was a great instructor for CCW (concealed carry weapons permit) and was a personal trainer at many gyms throughout the area. He enjoyed working out, being outdoors, going horseback riding, hunting, and shooting at the range. Lane appreciated music at the Springfield Symphony. He played the character “young Matt” in the Shepherd of the Hills play. The memories and moments created over his life will be cherished by all who knew him.

Lane is survived by his wife of twenty-eight years, Amanda Walters of Branson, Missouri; stepson, William Wilson of Branson, Missouri; mother: Linda Walters of Washington; and three brothers: Roger (Tami) Walters of Washington, Erik (Gail) Walters of Washington, and Keith (Danell) of Springfield, Missouri; as well as several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father, Roger Walters and grandparents.
