
Larry Hugh Pribble, age 81, of Branson, Missouri.
Larry Hugh Pribble, age 81, of Branson, Missouri, passed away February 11, 2025. He entered this life August 4, 1943, in Wichita Falls, Texas, the son of George “Sis” and Geraldine “Dick” (Rush) Pribble. He was joined in marriage to the love of his life August 30, 1984, to Rosemary Butler.
Larry was a registered pharmacist for more than fifty years. He coached volleyball and football in Nevada. Larry and Rosemary were sweet on each other during high school, and after twenty years, they finally met up and got married after life happened. They have been happily married for forty years. Larry was an avid sports fan and knew all the teams, mascots, players, and scores. He was also an avid golfer and played on a traveling men’s team in the Texas/Oklahoma area. The Texas Longhorns were his favorite team to back. He enjoyed traveling, especially cruising. Larry was a member/elder of Branson Christian Church and enjoyed filling the pulpit when the opportunity arose. Larry was a Master Mason, Scottish Rite, and a Maskat Shriner. Until the onset of his illness, he loved attending his grandson’s sporting events. Larry was a proud Pawpaw. Bingo and Honey to his grandchildren. He will be very proud watching his grandson, Blayne, as he follows in his Pawpaw’s footsteps and is a pharmacist. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Larry is preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Danna King.
He is survived by his wife of forty years, Rosemary Pribble; two daughters: Toni (Jeff) Boyd of Holliday, Texas, and Anja Fields of Olney, Texas; two sons: Rush (Angie) Pribble of Nocona, Texas, and Jimmy Dan (Lydia) Pribble of Blountville, Tennessee; ten grandchildren: Dani, Brayden (Bailee), Blayne, Jake, Trip, Adie, Kolby, Koltyn, Elle, and Anna; two great-grandchildren: Kysen and Berklee; and brother-in-law, Don (Diana) Rice of Hollister, Missouri.
