Michelle Lee Murphy, age 30, of Hollister, Missouri.

Michelle Lee Murphy, age 30, of Hollister, Missouri, left this earth and entered Heaven on March 9, 2022. Michelle was born on July 10, 1991, to Donna Jackson Addison and Robert “Bob” Lee Hicks. Michelle was a graduate of Class 2009 in Branson, Missouri. She also graduated in 2011 from Ozark Technical Community College with a two-year Associate Degree. She was a member of the International Honor Society. She was employed at the Black Oak Grill in Branson, Missouri. 

Michelle met the love of her life while she was in high school and married him after she graduated from college. Michelle is survived by her husband, Davey; two daughters: Leeya Chi and Mai Michelle, all of the home; her mother, Donna Jackson Addison; her brother, Chris Hatfield of Branson, Missouri; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins, who will all greatly miss her. 

Michelle loved her family and enjoyed the time she spent with them. Michelle had the nickname “Sunshine” that she got from her Aunt Mary Ann as a baby and still carried that name. 

Michelle would always light up a room when she entered it. She never judged nor passed judgment on anyone. 

She is proceeded in death by her father, Robert “Bob” Hicks of Springfield, Missouri; her grandparents: Andrew and Mary Loretta Jackson; and her uncle Melvin Jackson, all of Marshall, Arkansas. 

*Michelle was an organ donor. She has continued to bless others as she blessed us* 

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at Cremations of the Ozarks, 115 Industrial Park Drive, Hollister, Missouri
