Patricia Lee “Pat” Glasgow, age 81, of Eagle Rock, Missouri

               Patricia Lee “Pat” Glasgow, age 81, of Eagle Rock, Missouri passed away Friday, December 30, 2022 at her home.

            She was born October 30, 1941, in Detroit, Michigan the daughter of Hank and Maxine Maria (Kyte) Burroughs.  On December 31, 1958 in Detroit, Michigan she married the love of her life Dwight Glasgow, who preceded her in death on December 14, 2022. She was also preceded in death by her parents; one great grandson, Lance Corporal Clayton L. Mais; two brothers, Thomas Burroughs and Terry Burroughs and one half-brother, Paul May.

            She is survived by one son, Glen Glasgow of East Dubuque, Illinois; one daughter, Peggy Carpenter and her husband Gary of Eagle Rock, Missouri; one brother, Les Burroughs and his wife Karen of Fredericksburg, Virginia; two half-sisters, Chris Montgomery of Bloomington, Indiana and Margo Davis of Woodhaven, Michigan; one sister in-law, Boonmee Burroughs of Taylor, Michigan; eight grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren and thirteen nieces and nephews.

            Pat grew up in Detroit, Michigan.  After she and Dwight were married, she managed various jewelry and clothing stores as they moved around with his welding job. In 2008 they moved to this area, coming from Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Pat enjoyed baking, traveling, camping, ladies’ lunch and her friends, but most of all she loved spending time with her family and taking care of her husband that she adored. 

            Services will be announced at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
