Rhonda Kay Burns Dockery, a loving mother, wife, sister, and friend, died on April 3, 2024, from her long battle with colon cancer at the young age of fifty-nine. She was surrounded by friends and family and had a lot of support during her final moments.
Rhonda is survived by her husband, Patrick Dockery; her children: Craig Bates, Kayla Bates, Dakotah Ford, and Madison Ford. As well as her nine grandchildren; mother, Kathleen Nave Hall; sister, Tina Propst; brother in-law, Dan Propst; brother, Jason Hall. She is proceeded in death by grandmother, Cora “Beauty" Nave; bonus father, Larry A Hall; and cousin, Steven Bradshaw.
Rhonda was born on August 24, 1964, in Sacramento, California, to Kathleen Nave Burns and Bob Burns. She was a loving mother who cared about her children, her dogs, family, and friends. She met her husband, Patrick Dockery, in January 2012 and spent twelve beautiful years together.
Rhonda loved shopping and was always looking for a good deal. She adored her fur babies and never missed trips to Starbucks. Rhonda loved God and family. She always made sure her nails were done and hair was up to the newest fashion. She never met a stranger, and she enjoyed crocheting blankets for friends and family. Rhonda was one of the strongest women in this world, she fought a very long battle, with a fierce heart.
There will be a celebration of life held 12:00 p.m. Saturday April 13, 2024, at Cremations of the Ozarks, 115 Industrial Park Drive, Hollister, Missouri.
