Robert Woods Bennett

Robert Woods Bennett was born in St. Louis, Missouri on November 16, 1954.

He was the beloved son of Riley Bennett & Mildred (Woods) Bennett.  He proudly served with Troop C of the Missouri State Highway Patrol in the St. Louis area.  After leaving law enforcement he continued working in the private sector.

Bob was a car connoisseur. He had a collection of model cars and model airplanes.  Bob got the opportunity to drive some of his favorite cars working with the Branson Auto Auction as a driver.  Bob also enjoyed reading, cooking and cheering for the St. Louis Cardinals.

On May 4, 2013, Robert married his loving wife Nancy in Linn Creek, MO.  They shared several beautiful years and memories together.

Bob entered into rest on Sunday, December 26, 2021 at the age of 67.

He is survived by his wife Nancy Bennett of Branson; son, Nicholas Rose, wife Emily and grandson David, whom he was very fond of, from Excelsior Springs, MO.

Services for Bob will be held at a later date.  Cremation arrangements were in the care of Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home and Crematory, Branson.
