Rose Carol Mann of Branson passed away on May 30, 2022. Carol was born to Lee & Helen Waddle on August 24, 1937.
She was saved and baptized at College Street Baptist Church in Springfield and grew up there. Her mom, grandfather and aunt were charter members at College Street. Carol graduated from Springfield Senior High in 1955, now Central High School. She and Bill Mann were married June 12, 1955.
Surviving Carol are her husband of 66 years. Son Jeffrey Dean and two grandsons Logan Mann and Nathan Mann all of Sarasota, FL. Son Chad Mann and Rebekah, grandson Remington and granddaughter Kimber Mann of Branson. Granddaughter Tiffany-Mavity and Gary of Branson. Sister Ada Copeland of Springfield. Sister Donna Williams and Rob of St. Charles, MO. Brother-in-law Charles Mann of Hannibal, MO. Brother-in-law Roger Pryer and Barb of Springfield, MO. Several much loved nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Preceded Carol in death were her parents. Daughter Terressa (Terri) Steen. Son Ryan Scott Mann. Sister Agaytha Pryer. Brother-in-law Richard Mann and wife Donna. Sister-in-law Lu Mann. Brother-in-law Wayne Copeland. Sister-in-law Judi Barker.
Carol always had small children in her life. She started babysitting at age nine.
Carol and Bill are members at First Baptist of Branson.
Carol worked at First Baptist Learning Center. After 13 years retired from Early Childhood Special Education in the Branson School District.
Carol had been known to say, maybe her first assignment in Heaven will be rocking the little babies there.
The family would like to thank Hospice Compassus of Branson for all their help.
Memorial services will be Saturday, June 11, 2022 at 11:00 AM in the First Baptist Church Branson.
Cremation is under the direction of Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home & Crematory, Branson.
