Scott Edie, age 62, of Rocky Comfort, Missouri.

Scott Edie, age 62, of Rocky Comfort, Missouri passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at his home.

He was born January 7, 1960 in Wichita, Kansas the son of Billy Max and Peggy (Smith) Edie, who preceded him in death. Also preceding him in death were one brother, Tracy Edie; twin sister, Shelly Edie and sister, Shawn Kimbrough.

Surviving are one sister, Terry Scates and her husband Terry of Rocky Comfort, Missouri; five nieces, nephews and many great nieces and nephews.

Scott grew up in the Wheaton, Missouri area and graduated from Wheaton High School. After graduating he worked and traveled with a carnival and later was employed by Sunbeam in Neosho, Missouri as a forklift operator for twelve years. He loved the outdoors, his dogs and taking them for walks in the field. Scott’s favorite pastime was taking pictures especially of nature and old buildings. He had a very strong faith in God.

The family wishes to thank the Integrity Hospice nurses for the special care they gave Scott.

Private services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home.
