Toni Lynn Ross, age 69, of Fair Grove, Missouri

Toni Lynn Ross, age 69, of Fair Grove, Missouri, passed away July 14, 2023, in Springfield, Missouri. She entered this life March 12, 1954, the daughter of Robert and Carolyn (Smythe) Ross in Kansas City, Missouri.

Toni proudly served our country in the United States Army National Guard. She gave her life to God and was a member of Fruitland Church. Toni loved going to church and talking about His Word, His love, and His grace. She was a wonderful gardener, avid bookworm, avid movie collector who loved all the classics and current action and sci-fi films. Toni enjoyed going thrift store shopping to find beautiful antiques and neat little gadgets.

With a heart to help others, Toni loved to help people and animals. She never wanted anyone to feel alone, and she would strive to help in any way she could. Toni dedicated time to foster and rescue animals. The amount of joy and love Toni brought to those around her and the unique way that she could get anyone to smile in their darkest moments; Toni will be dearly missed by all those whose lives she has touched.

Toni is survived by her sons: John Ross, Joseph Ross, and Lance Ross, all of Missouri; daughter: Monika Ross of Colorado; mother, Carolyn Ross of Missouri; sisters: Nikki Rookstool and husband, Mark, and Kelly West and husband, Roger, all of Missouri.

She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Ross and husband, Tommy Barlow.
