Truman Reeves, 87.
Beloved father and grandfather, Truman Reeves, entered into rest on Friday, August 9 at Shepherd of the Hills Living Center in Branson at the age of 87.
Truman was born on October 6, 1936 in Locke, Arkansas. He was the son of William & Edna (Inman) Reeves. Truman grew up spending time between Arkansas and California and graduated from Chino High School in California. He proudly served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War as a jet engine mechanic.
On January 12, 1982, Truman married his loving wife Joyce in Utah. They moved to Reeds Spring in 2021 from Farmington, NM. They were member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Branson West. Truman enjoyed time spent with his family, woodworking, reading science fiction and watching NCIS.
He will be deeply missed by his children, Charles Reeves of Kingman, AZ, Crystal Johnson of Ratcliff, AR and Gail Wagner of Reeds Spring; his step-children, Barbara Richardson of Branson, Donald Batchelor of Kissee Mills and Loren Rogers; along with his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Truman was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Joyce Reeves and one step-daughter, Annette Zahn.
Truman and Joyce will be interred at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Springfield, MO.
Cremation arrangements are in the care of Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home & Crematory, Branson.
